SHIP and Medicare Insurance Assistance

Medicare is health insurance for people 65 or older, those under 65 with certain disabilities and/or diagnoses. The State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) provides free, unbiased help to New Jersey Medicare beneficiaries who have questions about their health insurance.
