Assists to lower natural gas & electric bills through energy education and installation of energy saving home improvements. Participants must be at or below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines or participate in SSI, HEA, Lifeline, PAAD or TANF. Eligibility Requirements: At or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Guideline or participate in one of the following programs: USF, SSI, HEAP, Lifeline, PAAD.
