Description:
Provides intensive intervention services to at risk youths and their families. Typical YAP services focus on intensive advocacy, case management, mentoring, family support, life skills training, anger management/coping skills training, and supported work programs with youth and teen fathers. YAP can tailor these services for those at risk of out of home placement, detention, incarceration, truancy, gang involvement, and criminal activity.
