Gateway Community Action Partnership (GCAP) is a private, non-profit organization designated as the community action agency representing the low and moderate income residents of Cumberland, Salem and Gloucester counties. GCAP exists primarily to provide goods and services to program participants that will improve their quality of life and promote self sufficiency. Programs include WIC, Head Start, Day care (children), Alzheimer's respite services and Adult Day care, Immunization education, Free mammograms screenings, Dental services, Farm services, Housing assistance, weatherization services, Literacy training, Home Energy assistance, After School assistance, Emergency Food pantry and Food distribution to non- profit organizations.
