The Newark CRC is a non-residential community-based program that provides critical reentry services to facilitate parolees’ successful reintegration back into the community. Licensed by the New Jersey Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), the Newark CRC provides participants with assistance in the areas of employment, education, life-skills training, substance use disorder treatment, mental health counseling and referrals to community social service agencies.
