Workforce 55+ Senior Citizen Employment Resource Specialist - Provides job training in non-profit organizations and placement in the private sector for those age 55+. Eligibility is based on income. Mandatory Retirement/Employment Age: No employer may refuse to hire, employ, bar or discharge individuals for employment due to age. However, bona fide occupational age qualifications may be established and no employer is prevented from refusing to hire or promote an individual over the age of 70.
