Rental Assistance Programs Monmouth County Office. The Bureau of Housing Services offers, at the present time, three programs designed to provide rental subsidies to the elderly, handicapped, disabled and low-income families. Some families may be eligible for assistance with rental arrears or security monies to prevent homelessness.
