Description:
Weasel Brook Park is a 19-acre pocket park located in the busy city of Clifton. A design by the famed Olmsted Brothers Firm, the park features a brook, ADA accessible bathrooms, playground equipment, a spray park, basketball courts, and a fitness circuit. While relatively small, the park is heavily used for a number of events such as concerts, movies and flea markets. The park is also home to the newly restored Vanderhoef-Westervelt House, which was constructed circa 1720. This historic home will serve as meeting space for various organizations, as well as house exhibitions on the history of Clifton, Passaic County, and Weasel Brook Park. In addition, the Departments will provide educational and recreational programs throughout the year.
