Springpoint builds on a history of dedicated care that began in 1912, when the American Baptist Churches opened The Navesink House, beginning a tradition of outstanding nursing care and secure senior living. By 1972, it had grown into a full Continuing Care Retirement Community. In 2006, The Atrium came under the Springpoint aegis and became a flagship community for style, comfort and security. When Springpoint took over, not one resident of The Navesink House had to leave, regardless of financial circumstances; all were given a choice of beautiful apartments.
