Scotland Run Park, is the largest of the county parks (1300 acres). 80-acre Wilson Lake offers passive recreation opportunities including boating, nature observation, playground and picnic areas. The nature center offers a variety of environmental education programs for all ages. Walking trails are located behind the nature center and also on the lake-side of the park. The following programs are offered for kids: Kids' Nature Club, Nature Watch, Nature Tots, Nature Detectives; for families: Monthly Bird Walks, Nature Hikes and Studies, Outdoor Activities, Special Guests, annual Gloucester County Water Fest; for educators: Teacher Workshops, Nature Lessons, Nature Detectives.
