Wedgewood Residential Health Care Facility is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and strives to provide safe and affordable housing for adults with a mental illness. Wedgewood caters to adult ambulatory residents who are not in need of skilled nursing care, but who need some oversight and assistance with their day-to-day affairs.
Most Wedgewood residents are able to perform activities of daily living with minimal assistance from our caring staff, which encourages all residents to be as independent as possible.
