Description:
Provide enhanced support and assistance to Salem County residents who are primary caregivers for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia disorder.
Project Livesaver - special locating bracelets for Alzheimers or related dementia order. Participants wear a special arm bracelet that should they become lost can assist local law enforcement in locating them using the mobile locator tracking system.
Inter-Agency Council State - Homeless Programs.
Sheriff's Office - A photo identification badge can be obtained at the Sheriff’s Department. You will need to bring proof of address, original birth certificate, and social security card.
Office of Disability Services - The notary program assists with notarizing simple documents for Salem County residents who are at least 60 years of age or those under 60 who are disabled. A photo ID is required to verify eligibility and authenticate the identity of the person requesting the notary service. The office will not notarize power of attorneys (POA), wills, or other similar legal documents.
