Multi-Level Facility refers to residences which provide two or more levels of service. These levels range from independent living to forms of assisted living to intermediate and/or skilled nursing care. There is usually no entrance fee or contractual agreement. Priority to move to another level of care is usually given to residents already living in some part of the facility. Some multi-level facilities are called Homes for the Aged or Full-Service Retirement Communities. Provides Respite Care, Hospice, Sub Acute Rehab and Independent Housing as well as Nursing Home-open to the public.
